  • Registration is open exclusively to healthcare professionals.
  • 20% VAT is included in all registration fees.

Cancellations and Refunds Terms

  • Requests for registration &accommodation cancellation must be submitted in writing to Topkon Congress and Event Services.
  • For cancellations received before September 20, 2026, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after September 20, 2026. Only name changes will be accepted after this date.
  • Refunds will be processed after the congress.
